First night
We will pick you up at your hotel or Vietwind Travel Office. Then transport you to Ha Noi train station to catch the night train to Lao Cai. Overnight on train.
Day 1: Lao Cai – Cat Cat - Sapa (B/L/D)
At Lao Cai train station, there will be a minibus taking you to SaPa. Arrive in Sa Pa at round 9.30am, and then check in hotel and have breakfast. Early afternoon, the guide will take you to visit Cat Cat village, the home of the Black H’mong people. Back to SaPa at 4:00 pm to have dinner. In the evening, you are free to visit Sa Pa town and explore the Love Market.

Day 2: Sapa - Lao Chai - Ta Van - Sapa (B/L/D)
After breakfast, the guide will take you to the villages of the H'mong and Dzay called Lao Chai and Ta Van. Have lunch on the way or with a family of the ethnic people. Return to SaPa for dinner at hotel.

Day 3: Sa Pa – Ham Rong - Lao Cai (B/L/D)
After breakfast, pick up at your hotel then drive to Ham Rong mountain. On the way you will enjoy the beautiful scenery and stop for taking photos. Lunch at a local restaurant. Free time in the afternoon then back to Lao Cai train station by bus. Then have dinner at Lao Cai. Finally, you will take a night train back to Ha Noi. Arrive in Ha Noi at round 4:00 am and say our goodbyes.

Trekking Grade: Medium
A typical trekking day start at about 9.00 am after breakfast. Lunch times can vary depending on the terrain. During the trek we will have short breaks for rest, snack and photographing.
Food
All meals which are indicated in the itinerary are carefully prepared and reserved. Picnic lunch is prepared and you will have in in the midway where comfortable enough. The emphasis will be on healthy and nutritious fresh local food. Please inform us if you have any special dietary requirement.
